Bmore Creative partnered with the Office of the State’s Attorney’s multimedia specialists for the redesigned site, built to deliver Ms. Mosby’s commitment to be more visible in the community. A collaborative and iterative process, Bmore Creative was involved in the site’s requirements analysis and early stages of planning, ensuring maximum functionality and responsiveness, translating the new website across all devices.
With an emphasis on timely updates and access to available constituent services, stattorney.org reflects a strategy steeped in effective community outreach and engagement. A strong focus on social media integration creates a dynamic and interactive site, featuring an informative homepage slideshow, a scrolling Twitter feed and crisp photography and video footage.
Site administrators can swiftly perform site updates due to coordinated front end development, Joomla Content Management System implementation, a comprehensive style guide and easy-to-read documentation. And responsive web design means site users are greeted with an informative, organized and easy to search site, no matter where they are or what device they are using.
With the success and performance of the public website, the State’s Attorney’s Office asked to utilize the same framework to migrate several disparate systems into a comprehensive internal Intranet, where information for SAO employees could be readily managed. To ensure the protection and integrity of the website, Bmore Creative performs twice monthly site maintenance, including back-ups, password management, security audits and software updates.
